Meredith Martin
President
Meredith is a senior Nutrition Sciences major and is honored to serve as the Zeta Xi chapter president this year. When Meredith first joined Delta Gamma, she was seeking a support system for college, but she found so much more—a close-knit group of friends, growth opportunities, and memories she will treasure forever. As chapter president, she is excited to give back and create an even more special place where every member feels seen, supported, and loved.
Danielle Phillips
VP Social Standards
Danielle is a senior studying Cancer Biology and serves as Vice President of Social Standards for Delta Gamma. As an out-of-state student, she has found a strong sense of belonging within the chapter. In her role, she fosters a positive environment where members feel respected and valued. Though much of her work happens behind the scenes, it has allowed her to build meaningful connections. She is excited to continue supporting the chapter this year.
Riley Hefelfinger
VP Finance
Riley is a junior majoring in Industrial Distribution and serves as Vice President of Finance for her sorority. In this role, she has developed strong analytical and decision-making skills through managing budgets, tracking expenses, and overseeing financial responsibilities. Her experience has also shaped her leadership style, teaching her to balance accountability with empathy while supporting her sisters. Riley values the trust and encouragement she has received from her chapter, which has made her time in this position both meaningful and impactful.
Elissa Smith
VP Communications
Elissa is a senior studying Social Work and serves as Vice President of Communications for Delta Gamma. In this role, she shares the story of the chapter, highlights its members, and helps keep the sisterhood connected. Elissa has grown in confidence, creativity, and leadership through her position, discovering a passion for meaningful storytelling. She is grateful for the friendships and support Delta Gamma has given her and is excited to uplift and celebrate her chapter throughout the year.
Sara Hancock
VP Programming
Sara Hancock is a junior majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Management and serves as Vice President of Programming for Delta Gamma. In this role, she leads “all things sisterhood,” planning monthly events, coordinating alumnae connections, organizing leadership development opportunities, and celebrating seniors each semester. Sara is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that strengthen bonds within the chapter and is grateful for the opportunity to give back to a sisterhood that has given so much to her.
Esther Kinyanjui
VP Member Education
Esther is a senior nursing major and serves as the VP of Member Education for the Zeta Xi chapter of Delta Gamma. As G-Momma Anchor, she is dedicated to guiding new members through every aspect of the sisterhood—whether it's learning about the history, finding a Big, or embracing the lifelong joy of being a Delta Gamma. Esther is passionate about watching her sisters grow academically and personally, and she’s excited to continue this journey with the chapter this fall.
Ryleigh Smith
VP Membership
Ryleigh is a Healthcare Management major and serves as Vice President of Membership for Delta Gamma. In this role, she leads recruitment efforts, helping potential new members experience the heart of the chapter. Ryleigh is passionate about creating a welcoming and authentic environment while guiding her sisters through the recruitment process. She is dedicated to building a strong, connected sisterhood and is excited to see the chapter continue to grow.
Kaitlyn Kurian
VP Panhellenic
Kaitlyn “Kait” Kurian is a senior majoring in Healthcare Management and serves as Vice President of Panhellenic for Delta Gamma. She represents the chapter on the Panhellenic Council while keeping members engaged across campus. Kait is passionate about connecting families and loved ones through events like Parents Brunch and tailgates. She strives to lead with faith, gratitude, and a heart for building meaningful connections while representing Delta Gamma with pride.
Reagan Hendrix
VP Foundation
Reagan Hendrix is a junior majoring in Biomedical Sciences on the Pre-Surgical PA track and serves as Vice President of Foundation for the Zeta Xi chapter of Delta Gamma. In her role, she encourages members to give back through service events and meaningful volunteer opportunities. Reagan also leads the chapter’s philanthropic efforts by planning events that raise awareness, support important causes, and bring the Greek community together. She is excited to continue her term and see all that the upcoming season will bring.
