Our chapter proudly supports Service for Sight through exciting philanthropic events that bring the UAB community together for a meaningful cause. Our signature events include Dog on a Catwalk, a service dog fashion show; Anchor Splash, where Greek organizations compete in water relays and choreographed water dances coached by our sisters; and Anchor with the Stars, our own take on Dancing with the Stars, featuring Greek organizations performing dance routines coached by Delta Gamma sisters. Through these events, we raise funds and awareness for Service for Sight while creating lasting memories and sharing our passion for doing good. Through fundraising, education, advocacy, and hands-on service, our chapter strives to create a lasting impact while living out our motto, “Do Good.” We are proud to continue this legacy and work together to create greater opportunities, accessibility, and support for individuals who are blind or have low vision.
